Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Consultant to join our team in a hybrid role, based in the United Kingdom (and Globally), with opportunities for remote work. The Business Consultant will work closely with clients to identify, analyse, and address challenges in productivity, efficiency and resource management. This role involves conducting assessments, developing strategies, and implementing cost‑effective solutions tailored to meet client needs. The consultant will also collaborate with cross‑functional teams, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders, all while contributing to a wide variety of sectors.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, solve problems, and identify cost‑effective solutions
- Proven experience in consulting or management consulting, including project delivery expertise
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present clear and actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of financial analysis and resource management principles
- Proactive mindset, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to problem‑solving
- Experience in productivity, operational efficiency, or cost‑reduction projects is an advantage
