About the Role
As the Marketing Specialist at Jones Radiology, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness and growth, enhance our patient and referrer experience, and increase staff engagement.
This will involve partnering with stakeholders within your portfolio to plan and execute strategic marketing support in the areas of advertising, promotion, digital marketing, communications and events.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Partnerships, you will be a brand custodian ensuring consistency and both a strategic and tactical lens to all opportunities.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Marketing planning and reporting
- Promotional campaigns
- Content creation and copywriting
- Event management
- Sponsorship management
- Product development
- Digital Marketing performance – (SEO), Google Ads, online advertising and analytics
- Internal and external communications
Key Requirements
- Qualifications in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar business partnering marketing role
- Experience using relevant software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, HubSpot, Notion
- Highly developed written skills, with the ability to tailor communications across different channels
- Strategic marketing skills to plan, implement and report outcomes
- Strong problem‑solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to establish priorities and plan work
- RACGP accreditation for GP education events (desirable)
