JOB TITLE: Installs Contracts ManagerLOCATION: BellshillSALARY: Up to £44,341.50 DOEHOURS: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to FridayPOSITION: Permanent | Full-Time

Role Summary

Saltire Facilities Management is seeking an experienced and driven Installs Contracts Manager to oversee heating renewal projects across multi‑trade domestic contracts.

This is a hands‑on operational leadership role responsible for managing installation engineers and associated trades, ensuring technical excellence, maintaining compliance, and delivering high‑quality projects on time and within specification. You will play a key role in maintaining contract performance, client satisfaction, and commercial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational & Technical Management
    • Complete technical surveys for heating renewals across multi‑trade projects.
    • Manage installation engineers and support trades to ensure efficient delivery.
    • Ensure all installations meet agreed technical and contract specifications.
    • Conduct quality control inspections and formally sign off completed works.
    • Review daily materials reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Coordinate 1‑day heating installations and multi‑trade activities effectively.
    • Attend site meetings to monitor and report on project progress.
    • Meet with clients and project coordinators to maintain strong working relationships.
    • Understand and implement full contract specifications.
    • Monitor contract KPIs and ensure service delivery targets are achieved.
    • Investigate and resolve claims or customer complaints professionally and promptly.
    • Ensure accurate billing information is submitted to the commercial department timeously.
    • Monitor and approve contractor invoices.
    • Approve and submit timesheets for payment within deadlines.
    • Manage team holidays to ensure service levels are consistently maintained.
    • Ensure all works are carried out in line with current Health & Safety regulations.
    • Maintain full compliance across all installations and project activities.
    • Ensure installations meet agreed quality and regulatory standards.
  • Qualifications
    • Relevant heating qualifications.
    • Valid Gas Safe registration (multi‑discipline).
    • ASHP qualifications.
    • Minimum 5+ years’ proven experience in a similar role, including leading large‑scale domestic projects.
    • Experience coordinating 1‑day heating installations and multi‑trade projects.
    • Strong Health & Safety knowledge and understanding.
    • Management or Supervisor qualification.
    • Experience working within KPI‑driven contract environments.
    • Strong commercial awareness and contract reporting experience.
