We are hiring for SQL / ETL Developer (General Insurance / Data Migration)

Location : Hybrid and 2 days in London office

• Should be expert in SQL ETL processing and SSIS package development, specializing in the optimization of complex data pipelines and high‑volume integration services.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in navigating, troubleshooting, and refactoring legacy VB.net codebases and Entity Framework architectures.
• Mastery of T‑SQL, SSIS, and VB.net is required, alongside a proven track record of maintaining stability in evolving enterprise data systems.
• Knowledge of SQL Server internals, including indexing strategies, execution plans, and locking/concurrency to ensure high‑performance data processing.
• Understanding of the data journey from Policy Inception and Underwriting to First Notification of Loss (FNOL) and Claims Settlement.
