Interim HR Automation Project Manager

Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim HR Automation Project Manager. Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll focus on streamlining HR processes and implementing automated workflows as part of a wider transformation programme.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and improve front-door HR processes
• Build and implement workflows using Power Automate
• Connect systems to improve efficiency
• Work with HR, IT, and transformation teams
• Support colleagues to upskill in automation tools

You will bring:

• Strong Power Automate experience
• Proven process improvement and automation delivery
• Experience in HR or employee services
• Strong stakeholder and project delivery skills
• Local government experience desirable
