Overview
Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust has ambitious plans to transform healthcare in North Manchester through the North Manchester General Hospital (NMGH) Redevelopment Programme, delivering a new hospital and health campus on the existing site.
As part of this major investment, the NMGH New Hospital Project Manager will support the Senior Project Manager and PMO Lead in delivering various projects across the New Hospital Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Senior Project Manager in the development and delivery of clinical, TOM, digital, and technical design solutions.
- Work with clinical/non-clinical teams to develop and implement new ways of working, supporting communication and engagement activities.
- Support the delivery of a range of projects relating to TOM, business change, digital, equipment, design, and construction.
- Act as a dedicated communications and engagement interface between the project and clinical/non-clinical teams, coordinating inputs and planning.
- Lead communication and engagement activities, support business change management, design review processes, technical and business change projects, and hospital operationalisation.
- Serve as a link between clinical services and technical design.
- Provide general project management support across workstreams and working groups, managing allocated clinical and/or non-clinical services throughout delivery.
