We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Planning and Performance team, supporting the development and delivery of planning and improvement activity across healthcare services for the Borders community.
In this role, you will contribute to the co‑ordination of the annual planning cycle, be involved in the development of the Annual Delivery Plan and its monitoring, alongside supporting service redesign projects. You will help to prepare business cases, contribute to strategic initiatives, and support the maintenance of robust performance management systems. You will also support the planning and delivery of workshops across the organisation. Working closely with senior managers, clinicians and partner organisations, you will play a key role in ensuring services are well‑coordinated, efficient and aligned to the organisational priorities.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from a health or public sector environment, along with strong organisational, analytical and project‑management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities are essential.
You will be part of a collaborative, supportive and highly motivated team, with opportunities to develop your skills and make a meaningful contribution to improving services and outcomes for patients across the Borders.
