This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong administration and organisation skills to play a key role in supporting their day-to-day operations and maintaining training matrix. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the business, ensuring records, reports, and documentation are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking external training courses.
  • Process and monitor training, attendance, results, and compliance data.
  • Ensure staff details are accurately maintained on our client’s in-house system.
  • Work closely with onboarding teams to assign training and set up learning accounts in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and organise fieldwork documentation and work packs.
  • Manage field workers updates, times and sickness records.
  • Respond professionally to client enquiries.
  • General office duties.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience coordinating training within a fast-paced, environment.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Experience managing schedules, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word Excel and Outlook.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience working within the rail sector.
