The role:

• Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day running
• Lead shifts + supervise staff
• Deliver high-quality, safeguarding-led care
• Ensure Ofsted & regulatory compliance

You’ll need:

• Level 3 Residential Childcare
• EBD / children’s home experience
• Leadership / shift leading experience
