Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple large-scale passive fire protection projects worth between GBP2m to GBP4m. This role requires strong technical knowledge and a background in fire protection, construction or fire & security sectors.
The successful candidate will manage both direct labour teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on budget, and to specification. Benefits include a salary of circa GBP65,000, company car, and additional leave entitlements.
