Compliance & Governance Manager – Financial Services

Arthur Recruitment is seeking a Compliance Manager for a fixed-term position to support the Compliance function in Greater London. You will oversee regulatory compliance and governance activities, ensuring effective controls are maintained.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance within a regulated financial services environment, ideally in the Lloyd’s market, along with strong interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders.
