Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of customer product trials.
- Take ownership of trial programmes from initial planning through to completion, reporting and recommendation.
- Prepare, commission and operate pilot plant equipment for process testing applications.
- Gather, validate and analyse test data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Interpret trial results and prepare detailed technical reports, conclusions and recommendations.
- Present trial findings and technical recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- A degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or Mechanical Engineering discipline (preferred).
- Experience working in a laboratory, pilot plant, process manufacturing or engineering environment would be advantageous.
