Full product training will be provided — what matters most is your attitude, personality and drive.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll engage every customer with confidence, turning conversations into sales. You’ll recommend products, highlight key features and maximise every opportunity to up-sell — all while working towards personal and store targets.
- You’ll deliver genuine, engaging service that leaves a lasting impression. Building relationships will come naturally to you, helping create a loyal customer base.
- From visual merchandising to stock presentation, you’ll ensure the store always looks its best — clean, organised and ready to impress.
- You’ll follow key processes around cash handling, stock control and security, helping protect both product and brand.
- From in-store activation’s to occasional social media support, you’ll play an active role in driving footfall and engagement.
- You’ll receive ongoing training to build your product knowledge and develop your retail skills, with opportunities to grow within the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience
- Confident, friendly and proactive communication style
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible to work weekends and varied retail hours
- Strong attention to detail and pride in personal presentation
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
