We are expanding rapidly, following exceptional growth and are looking for experienced Industrial Gas Engineers to join our dynamic global service team.
Role Description
As a full time Senior Industrial Combustion & Gas Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Servicing, fault-finding, breakdown support and commissioning of industrial combustion systems (direct, indirect, tube-fired, nozzle mix and premix package burners).
- Working with Natural Gas & LPG burner technology across a range of industries including: aluminium canning, food production, automotive, aerospace, composites, textiles and more.
- Planned maintenance, reporting, technical support and solving combustion/electrical faults
- Delivering exceptional customer service, representing the company on-site
- You will work closely with experienced engineers and collaborate with our design and manufacturing teams to deliver high quality customer outcomes
Qualifications
Essential Criteria
- Full, clean UK driving license
- Strong electrical bias and experience in combustion equipment fault-finding
- Ability to read electrical & control circuits
- Confident customer-facing skills and professional attitude
- Experience working on time-sensitive projects with external stakeholders
Desirable / Advantageous
- Able to independently run installation and commissioning projects
- Gas Safe qualifications – Though training is available if required
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
- Willing to undertake occasional international travel
- Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work
- Ambition to progress with industry specific training (internal and externally verified product training, H&S, RAMS etc.)
