Records Services Team Manager – York Hospital
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Records Services Team Manager at York Hospital.
The post holder will be responsible for day‑to‑day management of the teams, including dealing with human resource issues, recruitment, sickness management, service redesign, training and ensuring all processes are implemented to the best practice. They will support the Records Services Operations Manager and play a vital role in monitoring team performance against targets and agreed service level agreements. The manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining administration systems and procedures that fully support trust policies, ensuring an efficient administration function and supporting the administration improvement work streams across the enlarged organisation. They will also improve synergy and efficiency across all Trust sites, liaising across sites to identify and assist with service improvement, and implementing new processes and training.
