We’re recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to take full responsibility for a busy, site-based operation.
This role sits at the heart of the site and will lead on performance, people, and compliance.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing day-to-day site operations
Leading supervisors and operational teams
Driving health & safety standards across the site
Managing plant performance, downtime, and efficiency
Working closely with engineering and maintenance teams
Managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting
Supporting audits and ensuring compliance
What we’re looking for:
Operations leadership experience in manufacturing or a continuous process environment
Strong people management skills
Solid understanding of health & safety and site compliance
Experience managing performance and delivering against KPIs
Engineering background or equivalent experience
NEBOSH / IOSH preferred
