Role: Regional Support Manager – 4 sites

Location: Midlands, Cheshire, Bristol

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + £5,000

The Role

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care home managers across the Midlands and Bristol.
• Ensure high standards of care are maintained, meeting regulatory and company standards.
• Drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple homes.
• Support homes with CQC inspections, training, and development.
• Work closely with senior management to enhance resident experience and business performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Home Manager or Support Manager within the nursing/care home sector.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• NMC PIN preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrable career longevity within the sector.
