Overview
We are currently looking for a Quality Control Operative to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who has a keen eye for detail and is confident working in a high-paced production setting.
Pay Rate: from £14 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (days rotation shift am/pm)
Job Type: Full-time, temporary to permanent, immediate start
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a Quality Control (QC) role
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
- Willingness to learn and use systems such as the Keyence vision system (training provided)
- Ability to support general QC duties and assist during staff shortages (e.g. holiday cover)
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing samples for material testing (training provided)
- Supporting the QC team in maintaining quality standards
- Assisting with inspection processes and ensuring compliance with procedures
- Learning and understanding the full QC function to provide flexible support across the team
