We are currently recruiting motivated and reliable FLT drivers to join the warehouse team. This is a manual, fast-paced role involving order picking at heights of up to 14 meters using HLOP trucks (High Level Order Pickers), with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract based on performance and attendance.
All candidates will be required to complete a DBS check and Drug and Alcohol test.
Requirements as HLOP – Order Picker at Heights
Full training is provided however FLT or HLOP/LLOP/PPT experience is required
- Pick orders accurately while operating at heights of up to 14 meters
- Work from a standing position in very narrow aisles (VNA environment)
- Perform general manual handling and warehouse duties
- Follow all site safety procedures including rope escape awareness (covered at induction)
- Support team operations and maintain a clean and organised work area
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working at height and using rope escape equipment in emergencies
- Physically fit and able to work in a standing, manual role
- Must be literate and have good attention to detail
- Own transport essential due to limited public transport options
