What you will be doing
Media Buyer to manage and optimize Facebook and YouTube ad campaigns with the goal of scaling accounts to achieve a 3X ROAS+ consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Management & Scaling – Oversee and manage Facebook and YouTube ads, ensuring campaigns are launched, optimized, and scaled effectively.
- Manage ad spend of over $100K/month across both platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, algorithm updates, targeting options, and new campaign types.
- First line of defense for ad account issues, responding quickly to flagged ads or account suspensions.
- Funnel & Tech Management – Conduct daily quality checks on funnel functionality, test all pages, and manage tech integrations such as Hyros for attribution.
- Data & Tracking – Perform daily QC of data in tracking sheets (Master Tracking Sheet, Ad Audit Sheet, Budgets & Projections Sheet), identify and address anomalies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ad Audits & Media Buying Decisions – Execute daily media buying tasks per Ad Audit sheets, assess audience, placement, and spend effectiveness, and refine strategies based on data‑driven insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing, optimizing, and scaling Facebook and Google Ad accounts.
- Track record of handling over $100K/month in ad spend across both platforms.
- Experience in the high‑ticket coaching/consulting space and familiarity with VSL call funnels.
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Google’s algorithms, digital marketing concepts, and best practices.
- Methodical approach to launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns.
- Proficiency with CRM software, marketing automation tools, tracking and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues before they arise.
