Are you passionate about delivering the best service for customers? The ideal person will have/be: Experience in a Customer Service role. Practical knowledge of computerised systems (experience of Kerridge would be beneficial). Excellent organisation and administrative skills are essential. Good presentation skills i.e., well-presented application form. Previous experience in Parts Advisor role would be advantageous.
