We’re looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our Unsecured Litigation team in Manchester. This is a hands‑on role for someone confident managing litigation matters, preparing court documentation, and liaising with courts, clients, and key stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll work within the Unsecured area of the team, progressing cases through the litigation process to obtain County Court Judgments (CCJs) and Charging Orders, securing outstanding client debts in cases of non‑payment. The caseload primarily includes overdrafts, unsecured personal lending, and personal guarantees linked to business loans.

- Law degree (or equivalent)
- Litigation experience
