Responsibilities
Joining the team means you will work alongside recognised experts in employment law, managing an advisory caseload that is both diverse and intellectually stimulating. You will engage with a broad range of respondent employment matters, enabling you to deepen your expertise and contribute meaningfully to the firm’s success. The employment team operates within a larger, globally integrated employment law division, serving a diverse array of clients across various international jurisdictions. Your workload will encompass a true blend of advisory and contentious employment law matters, providing opportunities to engage with both types of cases. Advocacy responsibilities are handled by a specialised sub‑team within the division, allowing the employment team to focus on delivering expert legal guidance and managing a broad spectrum of employment issues.
Qualifications
- 1PQE+ Solicitors with prior experience in employment law.
- Demonstrated ability to advise clients on both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
- Proven track record in providing sound legal advice and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service to clients.
