The Role
We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Junior Administrator to support our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates in German-speaking markets
- Pre-screen candidates to assess suitability for current vacancies
- Support recruiters by sourcing and identifying talent
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our internal systems
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to recruitment processes
Requirements
- Fluent in German (spoken and written)
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous admin or customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential
