Whether you’re returning to work, switching careers, or just looking for something that feels good to do — this could be the perfect fit.What You’ll Be DoingEvery visit is a little different, but here are some of the ways you’ll make a difference:Popping in for a friendly chat and a cuppaHelping with washing, dressing, and personal care in a kind, respectful wayPreparing simple meals or picking up some shoppingSupporting with medication prompts or getting out and aboutMost importantly, being a familiar face who helps someone feel safe, seen and valuedWhat Makes This Role DifferentWe don’t do 15-minute calls or packed rotas.We give you time to care properly and match you with regular clients, so you can build real, lasting relationships with a minimum of an hour each visit.What You’ll Get from Us£13.05 to £13.55 per hour including holiday payPaid mileage at 40p per mile.
