About you:
You’ll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor with a strong background in leasehold transactions. This role requires confidence handling leasehold matters from start to finish, not limited exposure.
Key requirements:
- Extensive leasehold conveyancing experience – essential (applications without this will not be considered)
- Strong title checking skills, particularly for leasehold properties
- Ability to manage a residential caseload including leasehold and freehold (new build experience is helpful but not essential)
- A client-focused approach with strong communication skills
