This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role where you will act as a subject matter expert, working closely with Sales, Operations, and overseas partners to win new business and strengthen existing relationships.How you create impactDevelop and execute strategies to grow the UK Reefer Sea Logistics product in line with agreed targetsCollaborate closely with Sales teams on key opportunities, including customer profiling, negotiations, and implementationActively develop new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with overseas partners, creating pipelines and sales leadsProvide market insights, product expertise, and customer solutions across import and export reefer trade lanesMonitor market trends, review sector strategies, and identify new business and value‑creation opportunitiesEnsure full compliance with company, industry, quality, security, health & safety, and environmental standardsContribute to volume planning, yield improvement, and alignment with the Reefer P&LWhat we would like you to bringProven experience in import/export sea logistics, ideally with a strong focus on the reefer productSolid understanding of sea freight markets, customer requirements, and supply chain solutionsStrong commercial mindset with the ability to align new business with financial targetsExcellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholdersStrong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)A collaborative, proactive approach with strong networking and relationship‑building skillsFull driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally as requiredWhat’s in it for youYou’ll be joining a global logistics leader where your expertise truly makes an impact.
