Full-Time Support Worker – Bangor Days & Sleep-In Shifts £12.71 – £13.12 per hour (DOE) Staff must be fully flexible to work on a rota basis. Shift patterns will be arranged in line with service requirements, so flexibility is essential. About the Role We are recruiting a Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and/or acquired brain injuries. In this rewarding role, you will support individuals to live as independently as possible, make informed choices, and achieve their personal goals, both at home and within their local community. No formal qualifications are required – we are looking for people with the right values, attitude, and commitment. A full paid induction and ongoing training will be provided.
