We’re working with a performance-led influencer marketing agency that specialises in high-volume TikTok campaigns for global brands.

They’re growing quickly and hiring across both commercial and delivery, looking for a Business Development Manager and a Campaign Manager to join the team.

1. Business Development Manager (TikTok / Influencer Marketing)

The role

This is a pure sales role focused on converting warm leads into high-value deals.

You’ll be supported by a lead generation team, your job is to run the sales process and close.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing inbound and outbound leads and converting them into £50k+ deals
  • Owning the full sales cycle from qualification through to close
  • Leading client conversations around TikTok and influencer marketing strategies
  • Building relationships with global and enterprise brands
  • Developing proposals and pitching campaign ideas
  • Working closely with internal teams to shape solutions

What they’re looking for

  • Proven experience in BD / sales within influencer, social or digital
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals (£50k+)
  • Confident owning the full sales cycle
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills

2. Campaign Manager (TikTok / Influencer Marketing)

The role

This is a hands-on campaign delivery role, managing influencer campaigns end-to-end across TikTok.

You’ll be responsible for executing high-volume, performance-led campaigns that drive real results.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing influencer campaigns from briefing through to reporting
  • Sourcing, onboarding and managing creators at scale
  • Overseeing content delivery, approvals and timelines
  • Monitoring performance and optimising campaigns based on data
  • Working closely with clients to ensure campaigns meet objectives
  • Collaborating with paid media, creative and strategy teams

What they’re looking for

  • Experience managing influencer or social campaigns (agency or brand)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and creator marketing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on performance and results
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
