Job Description:

Business Development Manager – UK (Agency & AdTech Sales)

Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £90K base + double OTE

Some companies sell into agencies. Others build an entire growth engine around them.

This business has seen strong traction across the UK agency landscape and is now doubling down on this channel as a core part of its commercial strategy. This is a deliberate shift across the business, not just a single hire.

They are now looking for someone to take ownership of that motion and turn early success into a scalable revenue stream.

The company

A global AdTech platform powered by deep learning, working with leading brands and agencies worldwide to deliver performance across the full customer journey.

The UK team is already well established and performing strongly. What’s changing now is the strategic focus on expanding agency partnerships as a primary route to market.

• Global presence with cutting-edge proprietary technology

• ~40 people in the UK across sales, account management, and support

• Strong existing traction with agencies and digital-native brands

• Clear business-wide focus on scaling the agency channel

Business Development Manager

This is a newly defined, high-impact role focused on driving net-new business across agencies and digital-native organisations in the UK.

While independent agencies remain a key focus, the scope is broader. You will engage a mix of agency partners, programmatic teams, and digitally mature businesses where strategic partnerships can be built and scaled.

You will be responsible for building pipeline from scratch, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and closing commercial agreements that lead to long-term partnerships.

This is a true hunter role with a strong emphasis on credibility, network, and understanding how the AdTech and agency ecosystem operates.
