Senior Change Manager (Ways of Working) | 12 Month FTC | London Hybrid | £100–120K
Overview:
A global financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the adoption of new Ways of Working across technology and business teams. This role focuses specifically on driving behavioural, process, and operating model change to ensure new ways of working are embedded, adopted, and sustained across the organisation.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that transformation initiatives translate into real behavioural and operational change across engineering, product, data, and architecture functions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the change approach to embed new Ways of Working across technology and business teams.
- Drive adoption of modern delivery practices including Agile, DevOps, SDLC, and product operating models.
- Embed consistent behaviours, standards, and practices to improve delivery performance and collaboration.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to design and implement effective planning, prioritisation, and governance approaches.
- Lead organisational change initiatives focused on adoption, engagement, and sustained behavioural change.
- Identify and remove barriers to adoption across processes, structures, and tooling.
- Use data and metrics to measure adoption, performance, and progress of change initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in change management, transformation, or operating model roles in complex organisations.
- Strong background in financial services, trading, commodities, or regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery practices.
- Proven track record of driving adoption of new ways of working at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management across executive and technical levels.
Package:
- £100–120K base (depending on experience)
