Newly Qualified Accountant

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven and commercially minded Newly Qualified Accountant to join a growing and well-established organisation based in Antrim. This is a highly varied role within a busy finance team, offering genuine exposure across the wider business and the chance to make a real impact on financial performance and decision-making. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in producing accurate financial reporting, supporting operational teams, and helping to drive improvements across finance processes. Benefits £40,000 £45,000 Bonus scheme Company pension scheme 28 days annual leave Strong career development opportunities within a growing business Key Responsibilities Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts with clear financial analysis to support decision-making. Support month and year-end close and liaise with external auditors. Manage accruals, prepayments, and internal recharges across departments. Maintain the fixed asset register and monitor capital expenditure. Complete bank reconciliations and support finance agreements, including hire purchase. Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory returns, including UK and ROI VAT. Support wider reporting requirements and contribute to improvements in financial systems and processes.
