The Role (Front Desk + Guest Support)
We are hiring a Guest Services Assistant to support front-of-house operations.
This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering a smooth guest experience while supporting reception, daily operations, and basic upselling activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest enquiries (in person, phone, email)
- Support reservations and booking updates
- Deliver a welcoming and professional guest experience
- Assist with room allocation and coordination with housekeeping
- Process payments and support accurate billing
- Identify opportunities for basic upselling (early check-in, upgrades, add-ons)
- Maintain front desk presentation and standards
- Support bar or service areas during busy periods (if required)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Well-organised with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow within hotel operations
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
