The Role (Front Desk + Guest Support)

We are hiring a Guest Services Assistant to support front-of-house operations.

This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering a smooth guest experience while supporting reception, daily operations, and basic upselling activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle guest enquiries (in person, phone, email)
  • Support reservations and booking updates
  • Deliver a welcoming and professional guest experience
  • Assist with room allocation and coordination with housekeeping
  • Process payments and support accurate billing
  • Identify opportunities for basic upselling (early check-in, upgrades, add-ons)
  • Maintain front desk presentation and standards
  • Support bar or service areas during busy periods (if required)
