Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Principal to join a globally respected consultancy known for delivering technically complex projects. This role includes working on a diverse portfolio spanning laboratories, commercial offices, healthcare facilities, hospitals, and advanced research environments.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with an engineering background who has transitioned into project management, bringing strong technical understanding alongside a passion for delivering high-quality, purpose-driven outcomes.
The Role
You will play a key role in leading the delivery of major technical projects, working closely with integrated design and engineering teams. The role requires a strong focus on collaboration and client engagement, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of technically complex projects across science, healthcare, and commercial sectors
- Manage projects across the full lifecycle, from early-stage advisory through to completion
- Oversee programme, cost, risk, and quality management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
About You
- Proven experience delivering technical projects (labs, healthcare, or similar environments)
- Engineering background with a transition into project management
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (essential)
- Ideally Chartered or working towards: MRICS, MCIOB, MEPM
