What You’ll Be Doing

• Running a 360 recruitment desk within your vertical
• Building long-term relationships with contractors and clients
• Managing the full recruitment cycle (BD, delivery, account growth)
• Developing your niche into a recognised market

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment (any sector considered)
• Or strong sales background looking to transition
• Someone who wants autonomy and progression based on performance
• Commercial mindset – you understand how to build revenue, not just fill roles
