We are recruiting for a driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Hastings Branch. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy briefing to placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
- Write and advertise job descriptions to attract suitable applicants
- Proactively generate new business and develop client accounts
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records using recruitment systems and databases
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, resilient, and target-driven attitude
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
