What You’ll Do
Build and manage a warm desk of nursery clients and early years candidates
Own the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to placement and aftercare
Develop strong relationships with nursery managers, understanding their staffing needs and challenges
Proactively attract top tier nursery practitioners through creative sourcing and match candidates to roles with accuracy, insight, and a people first mindset
Use data and market insight to guide decisions and spot opportunities
Help shape how we work as we continue to grow
What You Bring
Experience in recruitment (education or early years experience is a bonus but not essential)
A proactive, solutions focused approach to challenges
Confidence communicating with clients at all levels
Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast paced environment
Strong organisational skills and a natural ability to build rapport
