Job Title: Junior Recruitment Consultant – Engineering

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to join a high-performing recruitment team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of engineering recruitment projects while developing their own client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage engineering candidates through various sourcing methods
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Build and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients/candidates
- Support senior consultants with live vacancies and recruitment processes
- Write and advertise job roles across multiple platforms
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Maintain accurate records within the internal CRM system
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Minimum 6 months recruitment experience – Open to industry
- Ambitious, target-driven, and resilient
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
