Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Highways)

Location: Adamson House, Salford (Morson HQ) – Hybrid working (3 days in office)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Highways Recruitment Consultant to join our Transportation division, supporting a major nationwide infrastructure transport MSP account. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment and the infrastructure sector to focus on sourcing high-quality talent across a variety of white-collar operational roles. You’ll play a key role in delivering contract recruitment solutions, working closely with the Delivery Lead to meet client demands across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent for contract roles within the Highways sector
• Fill a range of white-collar operational positions, including: Site Supervisors, Construction Managers & Project Managers
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
• Work collaboratively with the Delivery Lead to meet client hiring needs
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

About You:

• Proven experience in recruitment within infrastructure, civils, engineering, rail, and/or highways
• Strong background in contract hiring
• Experience recruiting for white-collar roles
• A proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing candidates
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
