Phonics Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Reading Support

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to support early literacy and phonics in a Woolwich classroom. You will work 1:1 or small groups, building students’ confidence and ensuring they access the National Curriculum.

With experience in phonics programmes, a caring approach and strong communication skills, you will collaborate with teachers and participate in ongoing CPD. The role starts September 2026 with competitive weekly pay.
