The Role

As Propositions Manager at Heywood, you will own the development of propositions from concept through to launch, combining customer insight, commercial thinking and cross-functional coordination to deliver solutions that support Heywood’s strategy and growth.

You will do this by owning the proposition delivery pipeline, collaborating with colleagues across the business to generate, validate and execute propositions, and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed at every stage.

Key roles and responsibilities are:

  • To understand, communicate, and help deliver Heywood’s vision and strategy,
  • To own every item that is coming through the proposition pipeline
  • Prioritising and maintaining the proposition backlog in Jira
  • To facilitate research, design workshops to develop and validate of solutions
  • Draft sales and marketing collateral such as proposal documents and pitch decks
  • Build pricing models in excel to enable different pricing strategies to be discussed with stakeholders
  • Own internal alignment for new proposition launches by hosting internal webinars and steering meetings
  • Stay up to date with the development of new propositions
  • Support our sales teams with proposition and pricing validation
  • Ensure all propositions have the required materials, approvals, and resources to go live (Contracts, approved pricing, DPIAs, sales and marketing collateral, service transition plan etc.)

Experience working within pension administration would be advantageous, but not essential.
