Role Description
You will take responsibility for overseeing multiple live projects (typically 3–5), ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. You will lead and manage Project Managers and site teams, driving consistency across projects and acting as the senior point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support multiple projects across the South East
- Manage and develop Project Managers and site teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations
- Monitor programme, quality, and performance across all projects
- Work closely with the commercial team to protect margin and manage risk
- Identify and resolve issues early to ensure successful project delivery
