Known for our commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Health & Safety Manager.

The Role

As Health & Safety Manager, you will take ownership of all health, safety, and compliance matters across multiple fit-out projects. You will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting project teams in delivering work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve health & safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with UK health & safety legislation and industry best practices
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers, site managers, and subcontractors
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Deliver training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
  • Maintain accurate H&S documentation and reporting systems
  • Liaise with clients, external auditors, and regulatory bodies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within construction or fit-out
  • Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation (including CDM Regulations)
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (Diploma preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
