Property Litigation Solicitor

Essex (with London access) | Hybrid & flexible working

A highly regarded regional firm with a strong presence across Essex and links into London is looking to strengthen its Property Litigation team.

This is a standout opportunity to join a Legal 500‑recognised department handling high‑quality work across both residential and commercial property disputes, within a firm that’s actively investing in growth and long‑term progression.

What’s in it for you?

  • Hybrid working with genuine flexibility (not just lip service)
  • Legal 500-quality work across a broad range of property disputes
  • Clear progression pathway within a growing, ambitious firm
  • Quarterly bonus linked to team performance
  • Private healthcare + enhanced benefits package
  • 25 days holiday + birthday leave + additional perks
  • Strong investment in development (mentoring, qualifications, progression)
  • Supportive, well‑structured team environment

The role

You’ll take ownership of a varied property litigation caseload, working closely with an experienced team while maintaining autonomy over your matters.

Work will include:

  • Residential and commercial property disputes
  • Landlord & tenant matters
  • Lease extensions and enfranchisement
  • Boundary disputes and adverse possession
  • Dilapidations and break notices

You’ll also play a role in developing client relationships and contributing to business development activity.

About you

  • Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in property litigation
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Ideally experienced in enfranchisement / right to manage work
  • Strong communicator with a commercial, client‑first mindset
  • Keen to get involved in networking and growing your own profile

If you’re looking for a step into a high‑quality team where you can genuinely progress (without getting lost in a massive London machine), this is well worth a conversation.
