The role
You’ll take ownership of a varied property litigation caseload, working closely with an experienced team while maintaining autonomy over your matters.
Work will include:
- Residential and commercial property disputes
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement
- Boundary disputes and adverse possession
- Dilapidations and break notices
You’ll also play a role in developing client relationships and contributing to business development activity.
About you
- Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in property litigation
- Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Ideally experienced in enfranchisement / right to manage work
- Strong communicator with a commercial, client‑first mindset
- Keen to get involved in networking and growing your own profile
