Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized IT service solutions to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our services
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful delivery and implementation of services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the IT services industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented approach
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as necessary
