Automation Engineer

Our clienta leading global agricultural technology company are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with strong Emerson DeltaV expertise to support a busy COMAH-regulated site. You’ll join a small in-house team delivering a high volume of system changes, upgrades, and improvements, so the ability to hit the ground running is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver DeltaV modifications and upgrades
• Support Management of Change (MOC) processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve process control issues
• Translate process requirements into control system code
• Work closely with engineering, production, and contractors

Requirements

• Proven hands‑on experience with Emerson DeltaV (essential)
• Experience in COMAH or highly regulated environments
• Strong problem‑solving and fault‑finding skills
• Able to manage multiple changes in a fast‑paced setting

Desirable

• Background in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Pharma
• Batch process experience

Additional Info

• Fully on‑site role 36 hour week Monday to Friday
• Interviews via Teams, followed by on‑site meeting
• Must have right to work in the UK
