Role Overview
We are looking for an Events Sales Executive to join our luxury hotel in Central London with an immediate start. In this fast‑paced role you will be the first point of contact for event enquiries, delivering exceptional service, identifying client needs, and showcasing our hotel’s offerings. You will handle bookings from start to finish, maximise sales and revenue, and build strong relationships across the Corporate and MICE segments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for event inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional service and showcase hotel facilities.
- Manage bookings from start to finish.
- Maximise sales and revenue for events.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and MICE clients.
- Identify and meet client needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- Prior events experience in hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Drive to exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and creatively.
