We are currently seeking a Guest Service Manager at Radisson Hotel Group. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences, overseeing all aspects of the guest journey, building relationships with stakeholders, delivering planned engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with legislation and best‑practice activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level.
- Show patience, empathy, and personality to host the show.
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Deliver an effective planned guest engagement program.
- Ensure adherence and compliance with all relevant legislation, including due diligence requirements and best‑practice activities; plan, deliver, document for audit, and perform follow‑up as required.
