The candidate will supervise tax advisory work, lead due diligence, and develop tax‑efficient structures while cultivating client relationships.

The Real Estate Team at A&M Tax is an independent tax group dedicated to providing customized tax advice across a broad range of industries.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on complex UK and international real estate tax issues.
- Supervise and coordinate tax advisory work on acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, developments, and restructurings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead tax due diligence efforts, highlighting key risks and advising on optimal transaction structures.
- Develop and oversee implementation of tax‑efficient holding, financing, and fund arrangements.
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a senior point of contact.
- Guide and support junior and mid‑level team members, enhancing technical expertise.
- Oversee multiple engagements and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and profitably.
- Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships.
- Advise clients on ongoing compliance, reporting, and investor tax obligations.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in real estate tax.
- Strong writing, analytical, research and organizational skills.
- Experience leading client relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, project management and business development skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, time‑sensitive environment.
- ACA or CTA qualified.
