About Us

At Bristol City Council we have redefined our approach to children’s residential care by moving to smaller homes that support 2 to 4 children at a time. This model allows us to provide personalised care in a homely environment where children feel safe, loved and nurtured. Our trauma‑informed approach ensures we understand and cater to the individual needs of each child, empowering them to thrive.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek individuals who share our passion for working with children who have faced early life challenges. Responsibilities

You will be part of the management team, responsible for delivering high‑quality managerial support, mentoring and supervision to staff. Your role includes maintaining high professional standards within the team, contributing to the day‑to‑day running of the home and ensuring therapeutic care experiences are delivered safely and effectively. You will also support staff through regular 1:1 supervision and collaborative planning to promote continuous professional development.
